They will be deleted automatically after your interlocutor looks at them. You set the deletion interval yourself. For example, five seconds after you view it. It is not possible to make a screenshot in the secret chat.
To send such a self-destructing message or file, go to the secret chat and click the three dots in the upper right corner. In the menu that appears, select "Enable timed deletion", and then select the desired interval.
